Unitso built the Crossroads 2 app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Unitso at no cost and is intended for use as is. The game is free to play, shows advertising, and offers optional in-app purchases.

The app has no accounts and no sign-up. We do not ask you for your name, your email address, or any other information that identifies you directly. What the game saves about your play — which levels you solved, your attempts, your lives, the road-sign cards you collected, and your settings — is stored on your device and is not sent to us.

The app shows two kinds of advertising through Google AdMob: rewarded video, which you choose to watch in exchange for a life, and full-screen ads between levels. To select and measure those ads, Google may use device identifiers and information about how you interact with them, as described in the AdMob policy linked above.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app asks for your advertising choices before it loads the first ad, using Google's User Messaging Platform consent form. Your answer is stored on your device by Google and applied to every ad after it. The app does not present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and therefore does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Firebase Analytics records what happens in the game: a level started, how a level ended and how long it took, a life lost, running out of lives, an ad shown or completed, a purchase, and a sign card unlocked. Firebase adds the information it collects with every event, such as an app instance identifier, device model, operating system version, language, country, and app version. We use this to see which levels are too hard and whether the rules are understood, not to identify you.
Lives, boosters, and the unlimited unlock are sold by Apple through the App Store. Your payment details never reach us: Apple processes the payment and tells the app that a purchase succeeded, and the app records what you bought on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Whenever you use our Service and an error occurs in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products, in our case Firebase Crashlytics) on your device, called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from websites you visit and stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service is an app and does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the third-party services listed above use device identifiers that work in a comparable way — such as Firebase's app instance identifier and the identifiers Google uses for advertising — to collect information and improve their services. You can control this on your device under Settings › Privacy & Security: turning off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" keeps apps from accessing the advertising identifier, and "Apple Advertising" turns off Apple's own personalised ads.

The app keeps no account: everything it saves about your play stays on your device, and deleting the app deletes it.
